Video Conversations 2016: Picasso has won the X the dition of the International Documentary Film Festival of Art and Architecture 

Picasso. The making of the icon has has won the ninth edition of the International Documentary Film Festival of Art and Architecture, Video Conversations. The jury of the Festival, curated by Antonella Greco, Benedetta Nervi and Lia Polizzotti, was composed by Antonella Greco President of Art Doc Festival, Alfonso Giancotti President of the Scientific Committee of the Casa dell'Architettura,Orazio Carpenzano Professore presso la Facoltà di Architettura, Università degli Studi di ROMA “La Sapienza”, Tommaso Casini Professore di “Museologia, storia della critica artistica e del restauro” presso l'Università IULM. Libera Università di Lingue e Comunicazione di Milano, Claudia Conforti Professore presso il Dipartimento di Ingegneria dell’Impresa, Università degli Studi di Roma “Tor Vergata”.

The award for best documentary in the category "Art" went to I Make Art & Non directed by Art Ileana Maria Zaza,  produced by Ztlfilm.

The jury has awarded the first prize and the award for best documentary in the category "Architecture" to The century of Le Corbusier, directed by Juliette Cazanave, product by Cinétévé.

The jury wanted to give two special mentions to the films: 25BIS directed by ​​Ila Beka e Louise Lemoine, produced by Beka & Partners and 1977 Analisi di un prototipo giovanile  directed by Giovanna De Sanctis Ricciardone con Giuseppe Giannattasio, produced by Giovanna De Sanctis Ricciardone.

The Ceramiche Appia Nuova wanted to give  a special award to the film L’architetto di Urbino directed by Emanuele Piccardo, produced by Plug_in.
