The documentary traces an intimate portrait through a series of notes that follows the fundamental steps of his professional and private life, gathering memories from the people who knew him best: his family, his friends, his closest co-workers. It is a journey towards the genesis of some of his most important exhibition, now mythological ones, through unreleased material: interviews, photographic and video footage and the voice of Harald Szeemann taken from interviews never heard before. We eventually discover the motivation which brought him to the choices that changed Contemporary Art history. What emerges is the portrait of a man who’s reason of life was the aspiration for Utopia. An obsessive research for new ways to shape his own ideas. A constant search for universal harmony.
