Jan Fabre is an artist, innovator of the theater and of the visual art, promoter of an artistic research that tends to go beyond the limits of expression. This is a documentary about his versatility as an artist, illustrated with interviews to Jan Fabre, Georges Banu (theater critic), Vincent Baudriller (ex co-director of the Festival d' Avignon), Jan Dekeyser (architect of the lab/theater of Fabre) and Rudolf Rach (publisher of Fabre in France). The images of twelve performances, five exhibitions and dozens of drawings, models and sculptures are alternated with many interviews. The film highlights the versatility and the ability of the artist to expand our horizons, tracing the lines of the portrait of one of the most controversial artists of recent decades.
